Service Description
Please bring mat, grippy socks and water. Limited quantities are available at the studio: mats are available for rent ($5), grippy socks ($8/pair) and water is available for purchase ($1). All other equipment that may be used in class will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Group class drop-ins and packages (5 pack and 10 pack): Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time will result in forfeit of the class. Month/Week Unlimited: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time & no-shows will result in a $15 charge.
