Let’s roll it out! This playful, feel-good class combines foam rolling and myofascial release balls to melt away muscle tension, increase circulation, and improve mobility. We’ll target common tight spots in the hips, shoulders, legs, and back, using guided techniques to help you explore your body’s unique patterns of tension and release.
Expect laughter, “ahhh” moments, and a few surprising discoveries as you unwind built-up stress and leave feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease.
