Tabata classes incorporate ALL the effective, transformational and beneficial full-body movements that we do in our Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes, but in the dynamic Tabata-style format!
Tabata training embodies high intensity interval training method:

We'll work in set increments of time, i.e. work 45 seconds, then get a 15 second breather
-
Each exercise will target a specific muscle group, so we can get that total body workout!
Set to upbeat music, like Barre, we'll target all those areas in a fun, energetic class format:

Upper body, i.e. biceps, triceps, etc.

Core, i.e. your POWERHOUSE!
-
Lower body, i.e. quads, hamstrings, glutes, etc.
You definitely want to give this class a try...fun and effective...you won't be disappointed!
