Hello

Welcome; I'm so excited to bring 912 Yoga to Jesup!!! 

 

I'm Colleen and my most important job is being a wife and mama!  I was born in Philadelphia, however after moving around quite a bit, my family settled in South Florida.  I grew up playing several sports, but soccer quickly became my primary focus.  After playing for St. Thomas Aquinas in Ft. Lauderdale, I headed to Barry University, in Miami Shores, to compete with the best and against the best! 

 

As a college athlete, I have always been passionate about pushing my physical limits. When I hung up my cleats, I discovered barre, Pilates, and yoga, and fell in love with the challenge and the results each form of movement brought. I became certified in these practices and gained valuable experience teaching in various studios in South Florida.  After moving to Ludowici, I couldn't believe there were no studios or classes offered anywhere...without having to drive at the very least 45 minutes! 

 

I started 912 Yoga with the goal of bringing yoga, Pilates and barre to the community and share my excitement and love of how they can bring challenge and change to amp up your fitness repertoire.  I am dedicated to helping each of my clients see their potential and exceed their goals!
