TotalBody Barre

TotalBody Barre classes are designed to take a systematic approach to providing a full body workout!  Using the ballet barre and a variety of props, such as light weights, resistance bands, fitness balls, etc., we'll target and tone:
  • Upper body, i.e. biceps, triceps, etc.
  • Core, i.e. your POWERHOUSE!
  • Lower body, i.e. quads, hamstrings, glutes, etc.
Set to upbeat music, every class is different and you'll leave class feeling energized and accomplished!!!  Join me for a TotalBody Barre class!!

TotalBody Pilates Mat

Pilates and our classes are for everyone, including men!
Planking is common in yoga, Pilates and barre classes
TotalBody Pilates Mat classes take place where else...but on the mat of course.  Pilates is a method of the spine, while focusing on your "Powerhouse"...aka, your core. We'll use our own body to control the movements, strengthening and toning muscles.
   
Each class will incorporate movements that will target and define specific areas of your body, ultimately providing a full body workout.  

We'll being to challenge movements by incorporating various props, i.e. resistance bands, fitness balls, magic circles, etc. to continuously progress in TotalBody Pilates Mat classes.

And that's right...the Pilates method was developed by a man, so it's certainly not just for females!
