Please bring mat and water. Limited mats are available for rent ($5) and water is available for purchase ($1). Unlock your body's full potential and enhance your flexibility! This cutting-edge class combines the principles of mobility training and the science of stretching to optimize your range of motion, prevent injury & improve overall mobility. Through a series of dynamic stretches, you will increase flexibility, strength & body awareness. Cancellation Policy
Group class drop-ins and packages (5 pack and 10 pack): Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time will result in forfeit of the class. Month/Week Unlimited: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time & no-shows will result in a $20 charge.
