Service Description
Please bring mat and water. Limited mats are available for rent ($5) and water is available for purchase ($1). All other equipment that may be used in class will be provided. Improve your core strength, alleviate stress, and conquer your fitness goals with our Pilates Mat class at 912 Yoga. Using the resistance of your own body and various props, this class challenges and tones your muscles, all initiated from the core. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, our Pilates Mat class is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and leave you feeling revitalized.

Cancellation Policy
Group class drop-ins and packages (5 pack and 10 pack): Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time will result in forfeit of the class. Month/Week Unlimited: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time & no-shows will result in a $20 charge.
