Service Description
RESET classes are your time to slow down, recover, and reconnect. Designed to support mobility, flexibility, and nervous system reset, these sessions leave you feeling grounded and renewed. Perfect after strength days or whenever your body needs extra care. Please bring mat, grippy socks and water. Limited quantities are available at the studio: mats are available for rent ($5), grippy socks ($8/pair) and water is available for purchase ($1). All other equipment that may be used in class will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Group class drop-ins and packages (5 pack and 10 pack): Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time will result in forfeit of the class. Month/Week Unlimited: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time & no-shows will result in a $15 charge.
