Service Description
Are you interested in all the benefits of Hot Pilates, but are not a huge fan of the intense heat? We are doing a trial, offering limited spots, in our additional studio space, to join Hot Pilates...without the additional heat! Sign up online or in the app. Please note, the space will still be heated; therefore, it is still not recommended for clients with certain restrictions, i.e. pregnancy. Please bring mat, grippy socks and water. Limited quantities are available at the studio: mats are available for rent ($5), grippy socks ($8/pair) and water is available for purchase ($1). All other equipment that may be used in class will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Group class drop-ins and packages (5 pack and 10 pack): Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time will result in forfeit of the class. Month/Week Unlimited: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time & no-shows will result in a $15 charge.
