Tabata Barre

Tabata Barre classes incorporate all the beneficial full body exercises that we do in our Barre classes, but in the dynamic Tabata class format!
Tabata training embodies high intensity interval training method:
-
We'll work for 20 seconds then get a 10 second breather
-
A total of 8 rounds completes the 1st Tabata
-
Typically, there will be 8 Tabatas in each class, so we can get that total body workout!
Also set to upbeat music, we'll target all those areas in a fun, energetic class format:

Upper body, i.e. biceps, triceps, etc.

Core, i.e. your POWERHOUSE!

Lower body, i.e. quads, hamstrings, glutes, etc.
